GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

The use of the University of Angers (UA) photo library implies compliance with these General Conditions of Use (GCoU) as well as with all applicable laws and regulations and in compliance with any third-party rights.

You must review the GCoUs and, if they are likely to be updated, check them regularly.

The AU Photo Library provides the public, employees or partners of the institution with a set of photographs to illustrate writings (press articles, Internet pages, reports or dissertations, presentation materials...) or communication tools (posters, flyers...) that are directly related to the AU and do not damage its image.

The photos were taken by professional AU photographers or chosen by AU departments and components.

Access to content

Outside the "Free Access" area of this photo library, image files can only be downloaded after login (via the ID and password used for the AU digital counter for staff and students, or after signing up for the photo library). The download procedures specific to each user profile are explained in the "Home" page appearing after login.

Your login and password are strictly personal and confidential.

In the event of non-compliance with one or more of the obligations of these GCoUs, the AU reserves the right to terminate your access to the Photo Library, including the right to immediately suspend or close your account.

Liability

The AU shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the photo library or from the total or partial inability to use it, due in particular to technical maintenance operations or a technical problem of any nature whatsoever.
